Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Palm oil is one of the plantation commodities which has an important role in the Indonesian economy. CNBC Indonesia together with the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) and the Indonesian Palm Oil Farmers Association (APKASINDO) are presenting a Special Live Dialogue with the theme “Arranging the Future of Indonesian Palm Oil”.
Chairman of the DPP APKASINDO Advisory Board, Moeldoko, said that the downstreaming of palm oil-based industries in Indonesia is still at a medium level for refined oil. Meanwhile, some further downstream products such as biodiesel are still limited, especially those related to oleochemicals.
