Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia- The President Director of Bank Sumut, Babay Parid Wazdi, revealed the target of increasing Current Account Saving Accounts (CASA) from savings and Current Accounts throughout 2024.

Bank Sumut is also targeting increasing the Sharia Business Unit (UUS) business to attract the consumer market for State Civil Servants (ASN) to the halal culinary and tourism business sectors. By 2025, Bank Sumut is targeting UUS BPD North Sumatra funds to reach IDR 1 trillion.

Apart from that, Bank Sumut is also pushing to increase UUS credit distribution to 20% in 2024 or much greater than the conventional sector target of 9%.
