Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – The objection period for the selection of Candidates for State Civil Apparatus (CASN) has started today, Thursday (19/10/2023) until 21 October 2023.

This refutation period is an important stage that allows CASN 2023 applicants, both CPNS and PPPK, to refute the announcement of the administrative selection results. Before submitting an objection, applicants must confirm the requirements for refuting the 2023 CASN administrative selection.

Rebuttal can only be made by 2023 CPNS or PPPK applicants who do not meet the requirements (TMS). Applicants who are declared unsuccessful can use this refutation period to challenge the decision of the committee according to the agency they are applying for.

Following are the complete conditions:

– The objection application is not intended to correct mistakes made by the applicant when registering
– Fill in the reasons for objection in the Submission of Rebuttal feature with a correct, realistic, non-fabricated explanation, and based on documents that have been uploaded during registration
– If you realize an error during registration, applicants are not advised to use the Rebuttal Request feature because it will not change the verification results
– If the reasons for objection do not match the document, the applicant must be willing to bear the consequences of the resulting penalties
– If applicants do not submit an objection within 3 days from the date of graduation announcement, then objections from other than the SSCASN system will not be accepted
– If there are three documents that are deemed to have failed the selection, then all three documents must be refuted, not just one
– Rebuttal can only be done once

How to submit a 2023 CASN objection:

– If a message appears stating that you did not pass, check the reason stated in the system
– Click on the ‘Rebuttal’ option
– The system will display an objection form showing information on conditions that are not met, documents that have been uploaded, as well as a column to write the reason for the objection
– Select ‘View’ to check the document
– Enter the reason for the objection
– Check the disclaimer box for willingness to bear legal consequences if the entries made do not match the document
– Click ‘End Contest Process’
– Click ‘Okay’ after the words that appear regarding the requirements of the registration system appear
– Click ‘Yes’ after a message appears asking if you are sure to object
– The ‘Successful objection submission’ box appears
– If the objection is accepted, the ‘Registration Resume’ page will display the words ‘Congratulations! You passed the file administration stage’
– Print digital cards

You must remember, applicants can submit objections on the page https://sscasn.bkn.go.id. Please note that when submitting an objection, applicants are not allowed to update or correct documents that have been uploaded.
