Crowded Israeli Teenagers Dance Celebrating Gaza Bombardment on TikTok Tech – 17 hours ago

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – A number of videos made by young Israelis have gone viral on TikTok. The teenagers performed dances to pro-war songs and supported their country’s army troops fighting Hamas.

This song was released by the hip-hop duo from Israel, Ness and Stilla. Its release was only five weeks after Hamas attacked Israel some time ago.

Quickly, the song immediately became popular and occupied the top position on the charts. This includes going viral on social media.

BusinessInsider recorded more than 11 thousand videos with the music. One of them was uploaded by Ness, the creator of the song, which has been watched 11 million times and liked 135 thousand times as of December 12, 2023.

The song Harbu Darbu that is sung means war attacks or chaos and supports the war. This includes supporting the attacks carried out by Israel in Gaza, quoted on Wednesday (13/12/2023).

BusinessInsider roughly translates the lyrics, one part of which reads “we have brought an entire army against you and we swear there will be no forgiveness”.

The end of the song is naming enemies who deserve retribution. Some of them are Hezbollah leaders and a Hamas commander.

Celebrities Bella Hadid, Dua Lipa and Mia Khalifa are also included. The three of them are known to condemn Israel’s attacks and defend Palestine.

In an upload on X’s account, Khalifa mentioned the song. According to him the song was very boring.

“The song calling for the IDF to kill me, Bella and Dua is a boring song, they can’t even call for genocide on their own culture, they have to colonize something to get to #1,” he wrote.
