Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – KCIC as the operator sets the ticket price for the Jakarta-Bandung Whoosh Fast Train at IDR 150 thousand from 18 October to 30 November 2023. This price is a promotion for KCIC’s anniversary.
In the future, KCIC Corporate Communication Manager Emir Monti said that his party would evaluate ticket prices for the Jakarta-Bandung Fast Train after the promotional period ends. So, will the price of Whoosh increase on December 1, 2023?
“We will evaluate the fares after the end of the promo period because the Whoosh Fast Train is a commercial train service so in the future fare determination will use dynamic pricing strategy and following demand patterns and company strategies by using appropriate calculations and studies,” he told CNBC Indonesia, Monday (13/11/2023).

The evaluation stage opens up the opportunity for Whoosh ticket prices to change, especially since the direction of this train service is commercial. However, people can still use Whoosh at promotional rates until the end of this month.
“For fares, currently there is still a promo period for premium Economy class until November 30 2023,” said Emir.
Ordering Whoosh Fast Train tickets can be done online at ticket.kcic.co.id. Meanwhile, offline purchases can be made via ticket machines and counters provided at each high-speed train station.
