Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia – Registration for the selection of ASN candidates consisting of CPNS and PPPK formations officially closes on October 11 2023 at 23.59 WIB. Meanwhile, the number of applicants who registered on the SSCASN BKN portal reached 2,409,882 people after registration ended.

Deputy for Personnel Information Systems at BKN Suharmen reminded applicants who have successfully completed registration to be able to print registration cards on the SSCASN portal.

“Next, applicants just have to wait for the results of the administrative selection because verification from each agency has been running parallel since registration opened,” said Suharmen, quoted Monday (16/10/2023).

Here’s how to print a registration card on the SSCASN portal:

1. Open the SSCASN website: https://register-sscasn.bkn.go.id/login

2. Login to the SSCASN account using the NIK and password that you created.

3. If the “submit application” has been completed, the page will display registration resume information which cannot be changed again. If not, check the completeness and correctness of the data.

4. If all data has been filled in correctly, click “End Registration Process”.

5. Then select “Print Account Information Card” and “Print Registration Card” to download the registration card.

Meanwhile, referring to the adjustment to the 2023 CASN selection schedule on October 9, the announcement of the administrative selection results will take place starting October 15 2023. The administrative results will also be followed by a refutation and response period which will last until October 23.

Regarding the objection period, applicants will be given the opportunity to refute for 3 (three) days and will be answered by each agency verifier via the portal.

“It is also important to note that the rebuttal period is not an opportunity to correct files or data entered incorrectly by the applicant, but an opportunity to state that the data entered is correct but something was missed by the agency verifier considering the large number of applicants who registered,” added Suharmen.
